Easy to Make Hummus & Veggie Sandwich

Today, I decided to experiment with using hummus and other ingredients after being inspired by other sandwich assortments I found on pinterest this morning. Since we didn't have any avocado in stock, I substituted using these...

2 Slices of Bread
1/2 a Tomato
3 small pieces of Broccoli
1 tablespoon of Hummus
1/2 a Carrot
Aged Cheese or others

Optional Ingredients//
Thousand Island dressing

1. Place two slices of bread next to each other. Slatter one the slices with hummus.
2. Use a carrot slicer to make peelings from the carrots. Remove the bunches from the tops of the broccoli. Put the carrot shavings and greens on the hummus.
3. Sprinkle over the vegetables with cheese of your choice. (I decided to use aged cheese!)
4. Cut three large slices of tomato and place on the opposite bread in a row.
5. Close the two bread together like a sandwich and prepare a pan to grill. A tip: Press lightly down on the sandwich when grilling.
6. Once you're done, apply as much salt and pepper to your liking, and prefered dressing. Done!

I hope you enjoyed this snack idea! If you decide to try it let me know how it goes in the comments below.
